The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
This individual will manage administrative tasks, ensure effective communication within the company, and help the team. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about sustainability and renewable energy.
Office Administrator Opportunity:
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate CRM meetings, schedules and appointments
- Organising travel plans and diaries
- Ensure the smooth running of the office environment, including managing office suppliers and contractors.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an office environment.
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
