About the Job –
You will be responsible for identifying and driving new commercial sales whilst building long term relationships within Warehouse Distribution Developers, High Energy Users, Data Center Owners/Developers, and similar roles.
- In charge of overseeing the entire commercial contract lifecycle, from initial business development and tender procedures to final contract execution.
- Proactively pursue new business prospects in the commercial renewable sector.
- Nurture relationships with crucial stakeholders, ensuring projects adhere to top-notch quality and compliance standards, and managing contractual obligations.
- Develop and implement strategies to win contracts and expand market presence.
- Proven experience in commercial solar contract management from initial cold discussion through to project sign off/development.
- A proven track record of developing a strong network (existing contacts and leads) within distribution centers, data centers, film studios, or cold storage sectors.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, procurement, and quality management including Opex, Capex and PPA involvement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and accreditation processes is a bonus.
