Their Purpose –  A fast growing, Renewable Energy and Electrical Contracting Client who specialise in the bespoke design and installation of Solar PV and electrical systems for domestic and commercial environments on a national scale. They are going through exponential growth in the sector so a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing team.


Location & flexibility – Hampshire, Field based in the local area & south with some requirements for further afield when needed.
 

Salary & Benefits – Up to £45k base + up to £17k bonus through delivering projects on time and within budget, Company vehicle provided.
 
About the Job:


An exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role as commercial electrician for commercial solar installation projects. You will be responsible for on-site electrical work, collaborating with project managers, engineers and commercial teams to deliver successful installations. While many projects are local and cover the South, there may be instances where travel and overnight stays are required (up to 4 days at a time). Given the team-centric environment, we seek individuals who value collaboration, accountability, and the satisfaction of delivering successful projects
 
  • You will be responsible for executing commercial solar installation electrical work and adhering to quality and safety standards for rooftop and ground mount installations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and the commercial teams to ensure timely project completion
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, making informed decisions to meet project goals and timelines.  
About you:
  • NVQ Level 3 qualified with 18th edition
  • City & Guilds 2391 – inspection, testing and maintenance certified.
  • Proven experience with installing, inspecting and testing commercial solar.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and best practices.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel for some projects (up to 4 days away at a time) when recquired
