About the Job –

We seek a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and identify new opportunities. This role involves a consultative sales approach, market analysis, and cross-team collaboration to expand our client base.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
Understand client needs and offer tailored renewable energy solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research to track trends and opportunities.
Maintain and update the CRM to manage leads and sales progress.
Use a consultative sales approach to create tailored proposals.
Negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals.
Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns.
