Job Title – ServiceNow Engineer
Location & flexibility - Oxfordshire - hybrid
Salary - £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow Implementation & Configuration: Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CSM and ITIL workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.- Integration Management: Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, third-party tools) to ensure seamless data flow and automation of processes.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical solutions that are scalable, efficient, and optimised for user experience.
- Workflow Configuration & Optimization: Configure and optimise workflows, business rules, notifications, and UI elements within ServiceNow to automate and streamline IT and business processes.
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management: Design and implement ITIL best practices within ServiceNow, ensuring that incident, problem, and change management processes are fully integrated and optimised.
About you:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, with a focus on CSM and ITIL workflows.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or similar relevant certifications.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow CSM, ITIL, and ITOM modules.
- MUST BE ELIGBLE FOR SC + DV CLEARANCE
