Job Title –  Customer Success & Quality Assurance Manager

Location &, flexibility – Office based – Leeds with flexible team hours to promote efficiency and work life balance.
  • Schedule 1: Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM, with Thursday being 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
  • Schedule 2: Monday - Wednesday, Thursday Off, Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

About the Job –
As a customer success and Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll maintain and elevate the companies high standards of customer service and product quality. The role is integral to ensuring customer have a positive experience and you’ll be responsible for managing online reviews, quality control and handling first line complaints.
 
  • You’ll be responsible for responding to online reviews, encouraging positive feedback and managing online reputation to enhance brand presence.
  • You’ll be involved in quality control of sales and project management calls to ensure adherence to protocols and quality standards as well as adhering to strong SLA response time and ensure targets are met.
  • You’ll handle first-level complaints, lead investigations and ensure customer satisfaction aligns with company expectations.
  • You’ll contribute to creating engaging content, organise video customer testimonials and develop videos to support customers in using the companies technology.
About you -
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult and upfront conversations whilst effectively problem solving.
  • Proven experience in customer success, quality assurance or a similar role.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with creating and managing online content.
  • Detail-orientated with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
