About the Job:
As the Senior HR Manager, you will be a key driver of HR excellence across multiple regions, shaping strategies that foster business growth, employee engagement, and compliance with local regulations. This role combines strategic leadership with operations execution, managing regional HR teams to deliver impactful HR initiative in alignment with global objectives.
- Design and implement HR strategies tailored to the specific needs of EMEA, APAC, and LATAM while aligning with corporate objectives.
- Partner with decision leaders to create HR plans supporting growth, organizational change, and workforce planning whilst driving talent management and succession planning to ensure long-term organisational success.
- You’ll champion employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture whilst overseeing consistent handling of employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions and performance management.
- You’ll collaborate with talent acquisition teams to attract, onboard, and retain top talent whilst driving DEI initiatives across hiring practices and employee programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies across all regions as well as partnering with legal counsel to manage employee documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and improve regional HR strategies as well as prepare reports on regional HR trends, activities, and performance for senior leadership.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Masters degree of HR certifications (e.g. SPHR, GPHR) preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience across international regions, ideally EMEA, APAC and LATAM.
- In-depth knowledge of international labor laws and best practices across the relevant regions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build cross-regional relationships.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics for informed decision-making.
- Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus.
