About the Job:
As an In-House Marketing Specialist, you will drive tactical digital marketing campaigns and support lead generation efforts. This role requires a balance of analytical skills and creativity with an primary focus on leveraging data to drive targeted marketing initiative that generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize in-house prospecting tools to identify opportunities based on geography, system size, and industrial sector.
- Develop and execute proactive and reactive digital campaigns to target potential clients.
- Support the New Build business unit by promoting services to housebuilders through email campaigns, social media, and digital outreach.
- Interrogate and analyse prospecting databases/tools and various data sources to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Oversee website updates, ensuring content is current and optimized for conversions.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate PR efforts and the creation of marketing assets, including case studies and promotional content.
- Develop high-quality digital assets (videos, stills, etc.) for use across web, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with and manage supporting marketing agencies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
About you:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
- Experience with paid digital media, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and brand positioning.
- Ability to create compelling marketing materials, including case studies and visual content.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
