About the Job:
As project manager, you will oversee and manage key projects related to solar PV manufacturing operations, process improvements, and factory expansions in South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing project management, supply chain coordination, and operational efficiency within the solar energy or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
- You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution and completion of manufacturing facility set up, expansion and process optimization projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to enhance manufacturing workflows, equipment procurement and automation strategies.
- Work with suppliers, procurement teams and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, component and finished products.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining hight quality production standards.
- Ensure all projects comply with local, state and federal regulations, including OSHA, environmental standards and industry certifications.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial management, renewable energy or a related field.
- Experience in project management within a solar PV, electronics or advanced manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Solar PV module manufacturing, production line optimization and automation.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, adaptability and excellent communication skills.
