About the Job:
As Sales Executive, you will support the Head of Sales in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with educational trusts, councils and community organizations. This role involves managing leads, assisting with the sales process, and ensuring each client receives exceptional service and support. You’ll be a proactive communicator, excited about renewables, with a drive to deliver results in a collaborative team.
- You will be responsible for identifying and targeting schools and local municipalities as potential clients whilst developing a pipeline of leads through networking, events and partnerships.
- You’ll be responsible for presenting tailored solar solutions to clients and effectively communicate the benefits of their service whilst negotiating contracts, terms and close sales deals with key stakeholders.
- You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, focusing on their unique needs and challenges whilst acting as the primary point of contact for schools and municipalities throughout the sales process.
- You’ll work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of solar solutions and collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and materials.
About you:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, technology or education sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication in English; German is a strong plus.
